Vendor booths are a 10x10 floor space. Booth rental is $100 for the midway and $125 for wall spots with electricity. Entry wall booths with power are $200 and end-cap spots (no power-2 booths wide) are $250. If you wish to apply for both 2025 shows, you must fill out two forms and then once accepted, you will need to pay a separate invoice for each show. Once your application has been approved, you will receive an invoice to your email to pay your booth fee.
Vendors are responsible for their entire setup. No tables, chairs, drapes, or partitions will be available for vendors. Midway booths are open floor spaces with other vendors on the right sides, left sides, and behind the vendor space. Wall spaces have a back side against the arena wall with electrical hookups. You may set up pop-up tents if you wish, but not required in the midway or on the wall.
If you wish for your booth to be placed beside a friend, please include any request on your application.
Any placement requests to be by an individual after registration will be a $25 charge. We cannot honor particular booth number requests.
No refunds of any type will be given out for any reason unless in the case of event cancellation by the venue or facilitator. Our events are rain or shine and take place INDOORS.
